At fix-zon, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders shipped to the United States.

Eligibility & Time Limits:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items. Please note that due to the nature of our products (food items), returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The product is unopened, in its original, sealed packaging.

• The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

• The product has not passed its printed expiration date.

Process & Required Actions:

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, you must first contact our Customer Service team within the 14-day window at service@mail.fix-zon.com. Provide your order number and details/reason for the return.

2. Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the official return address.

3. Ship the Item: Pack the unused, original item securely. Include the RMA number clearly on the package. Ship it to the authorized return address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs (Postage Responsibility):

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. You will be reimbursed for the actual cost as charged by the carrier, upon providing a receipt.

• For all other eligible returns (e.g., change of mind for an unopened item), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost will be the exact amount charged by the courier.

Inspection & Refund Process:

1. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 1-2 business days to ensure it meets our return conditions.

2. Upon approval, we will process your refund immediately. The refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

3. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank or payment account, depending on the processing time of your financial institution. All refunds will be finalized no later than 14 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchanges:
Exchanges for a different product are subject to the same conditions and process as returns. After your return is received and approved, we will ship the replacement item. Standard delivery times (12-15 business days) apply for the new shipment.

Important Note: This policy applies only to orders shipped to the United States. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or are otherwise not in resalable condition, or for perishable goods outside of the specified conditions.
